COCHLEA DELLA CONSAPEVOLEZZA - Yellow vase for flowers
Inspired by the silhouette of snails, this piece is crafted from meticulously handcrafted borosilicate glass and stone, reflecting COKI's commitment to sustainable design. The stone, created in the workshop, is made from fragments of natural Italian rocks and Siena (Tuscany) clay. This innovative material, inspired by ancient Roman techniques, is produced without glue or cement and is slowly dried after being shaped to follow the curve of the glass.
The vase consists of three separate pieces that are not permanently connected. Each piece of glass is handmade and possesses unique characteristics. The stone features an irregular surface with holes, gouges, and jagged edges, giving it a distinctive, organic appearance. Over time, the stone will lighten slightly as it absorbs the natural surface treatment, becoming brighter and more vibrant.

| GLASS CLEANING & CARE |
. Hand wash only, using the cleaning brush and ecological handling gloves included . Clean the bottom inside of the vase by simply filling it with wine vinegar and letting it sit for a whole day. Then pour the vinegar into a closed glass or plastic bottle and save it for the next use (do not throw the vinegar in the toilet or sink, it damages aquatic organisms). Rinse the jar with water and dry it with a soft cloth |
| STONE CLEANING & CARE |
. Do not wash, do not wet . Clean the surface with a vacuum cleaner only . The stone's color becomes brighter and clearer within 2-3 months due to the natural absorption process of the surface treatment, which is based on ancient techniques of the artisan tradition. |
