We advise you to carefully read through our terms and conditions before shopping in our online shop.

1. A - PRODUCTS

BY PURCHASING THE PRODUCT, THE PURCHASER TAKES AWARENESS OF THE INSTRUCTIONS REPORTED BELOW THE PRODUCT AND INSIDE THE PACKAGE AND ACCEPTS THE WRITTEN CONDITIONS.

PLEASE NOTE

Every lamp is certified for exclusive use with 220-240V 50Hz systems: LED E14 2-4W and does not work with 110-120V.

Inquire about the voltage used in your country of residence before purchasing. We do not sell or ship lamps to countries with different voltages

 

2. Orders

You may place online orders 24 hours a day. We handle orders in the period 9 AM – 3 PM on business days.

When placing an order, we will send you an immediate receipt by email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that the order is not binding upon us at that time. A binding agreement between you and COKI. has not been entered into until we confirm by email that the order is binding upon us. The final order confirmation will also include delivery and track and trace information. 

You are responsible for providing correct customer information when shopping online since we will not subsequently validate or verify such information.

In case a product is marked as sold out or coming soon, it is not possible to place an order. You may, however, contact us at studio@cokibarbieri.it, and a customer service agent will inform you when the product will again become available and whether it will be possible to find a similar product in stock.

 

3. Prices and Payment

COKI. Shop accepts PayPal and the main credits card, like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.

 Your card will be debited when your order has been confirmed and processed. All prices are indicated in EUR, and 22% Italian sales tax/VAT is included. The card issuer may add service charges to the payment. Any such service charges will be added to the total price.

Any discounts given in the form of discount codes or the like cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and will not apply on already discounted products or products at special promotion prices. Only one discount code or similar code may be used per order.

 

4. Delivery

The products ordered on cokibarbieri.it are delivered in Italy and to EU and non-EU countries.

We strive to offer the best delivery services and, consequently, all orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days, provided that the product is in stock. However, in connection with sales and the holiday season, the delivery time must be expected to be longer. 

The shipping costs are calculated Weight-Based, and they will be calculated before payment. 

The shipping costs are DDP and includes the customs fees.

Goods insurance costs are included excluding costs due to emergencies and disadvantaged locations.

Regular service to EU countries is approx. 5-6 business days as from the date of dispatch.

Regular service to non-EU countries is approx. 7-8 business days as from the date of dispatch.

The lamps can only be shipped within Europe, please do not purchase from other countries.

5. Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (except the carrier) receives the physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal when purchasing commisioned goods.

How to take advantage of the right of withdrawal

You return your purchase by letting us know that you regret.

Return of the item and return costs

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, please send or deliver the item to:

The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline are complied if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

 

Refund

When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 15-20 working days of the date we received your returned purchase. We will refund the amount by the payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

 

Testing of the item and packaging

You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to the handling of the product other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods. You are usually allowed to try the product in the same way that you can and must do in a physical store, but you must not use it. If you have used the item in a way that you cannot do in a physical store and we cannot resell it or cannot resell it to the full price, you must expect that we deduct the impairment in that amount, you must have in refund. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount. You must return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package / items yourself until we receive it. For parcel shipments, therefore, keep a receipt stating that you have submitted or delivered the return parcel.

 

6. Notification of defects and complaints

The packages are insured during carriage, and we ask you to kindly verify the content upon receipt. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to COKI. within reasonable time and no later than two months from receipt.

Irrespective of whether any errors or defects are ascertained upon receipt or at a later date, all product is subject to the Italian regulation, giving you 24 months to complain about an product. However, if the errors or defects are due to your negligence, abuse or other incorrect use, your right to complain will lapse.

7. Colours and shapes

Even though we have made great efforts to depict colours and qualities as accurately as possible, the colours and screen resolutions of computers may vary. Minor colour deviations are therefore not considered a defect within the meaning of the Italian regulation.

Regarding the shapes, each item is handmade and unique, so the shape might differ slightly from the one pictured.

 

 8. Security

COKI. is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is received securely through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only Nets and your bank have access to your information. At COKI. we guarantee that the information entered by you will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions and any contract for the purchase of our product are subject to Italian law.

 

11. Disclaimer

We disclaim liability for typing errors, changes in direct and indirect taxes, incorrect price and price adjustments, technical errors, out-of-stock product and force majeure, including non-delivery on the part of our suppliers.
